Better than a standard yoga mat, the padding is ideal on my hardwood floors. In my Manhattan studio, it affords me the opportunity to maximize my space and permits me to exercise at my convenience. . .without having to bear in mind my gym's hours.

Good product. Use this product to stretch on every day but it is to soft for me. If you like a soft mat you will love it
